#swingupdate $RDDT I'm still in this one as well. I've written the July 220C against my shares because I expected some healthy digestion here. 180 area was a major level and I didn't think we'd break through it immediately. Selling the 220c lets time decay work in my favor while the stock consolidates, helping burn off some of the euphoric premium as expiration approaches. Something else to understand about my strike selection is that I chose 220 for a reason. If RDDT reaches $220 by expiration, that would represent roughly a 50% gain from my entry. At that point, I'd be a moron not to let some shares go. Instead of sitting around waiting for a buyer at $220, I'm getting paid while I wait. Those CC are essentially collecting rent on my shares until they either expire worthless or get called away at a price I'm happy to sell. Another factor that went into the decision was the 200MA, which was sitting around $190 when I sold the calls. Even if RDDT managed to clear $180, I expected the 200MA to provide another layer of resistance and slow the advance, increasing the odds that time decay would work in my favor.

#Study I’m going to do one in front of you guys to show there is real potential in the strategy I’ve talked about. $PGY is my new long swing that I’ll be building out over time. This is NOT a pump. This is a longer-term position. Buying the ugly and using options to generate income while the chart still looks butt-suck ugly. So far: • Sold puts out to August • Took a small commons starter, roughly 15% size • And I've covered the position by selling OTM calls • Plan is to continue scaling instead of chasing This is a full swing position, so I won’t be micromanaging every candle or intraday move. The goal here is simple: Use time, scaling and premium generation to build the position while sentiment stays weak.
