Some jobs are physically challenging whilst others are mentally demanding. After coming home yesterday it took a good fews hours to switch off and process the day.

It’s been a long start to the new year at work. Started the year been separated from @meg_kristinx for over a month. Now I get to relax at work for the next 11 weeks. How people get on without a full time crew mate is beyond me. Im knackered constantly #TAAPLife
