@CheriJacobus That was an opinion never tested in a court, based on the claim that a POTUS was too busy being POTUS to defend him/herself. Even if Garland is willing to go along with that unsupported claim, #tfdg is no longer a POTUS. He is a common citizen and thus subject to our laws.
