Dear @TMobile @TMobileHelp is this how you train your associates? To not provide any answers or solutions to customers questions?? And then disconnect after 1 minute after leaving me on hold for 20+ minutes?? #tmobile #tmobilecustomerservice #customerexperience #ineedmycredit

#TMobile has the WORST customer service ever. I purchased a new 12 and it does not work properly. And the IPad that I ordered that was suppose to arrive today has no date of delivery via the tracking. So that means it was not shipped. 😡 #TMobile #tmobilecustomerservice
