An insurer (owned by a #big4bank), their CMO did a #psychiatric evaluation for #TPDclaim and NEVER met me … all his info he got from my claim assessor/claim file. This was to try to deny my claim.
No face-to-face clinical assessment!

Yet a #bank & 1 of their insurers have no issue with claimants, who suffer #mentalillness, suicidal & history of #sexualabuse, BEING humiliated & shamed during #TPDclaim process.

@DeniseBrailey When I made complaint about my #TPDclaim, the insurer sent it to 'their' dispute resolution (ie owning bank's lawyer). It also ended up with bank's customer advocate & I separately went to #SuperannuationComplaintsTribunal (SCT), so is the #SCT being questioned in the #BankingRC?
