We got several questions about why we used a flush trim bit and file on the #TTcncWorkbench and not a bit made for laminate. We used the @amanatool #47150 no-file flush trim bit from @toolstoday on the #TTworkbench as shown here and wanted to show another method of doing it.

Attaching toggle latches to #TTcncWorkbench so that I can create a larger 4'x8' workbench. I used some painters tape to help make a template with the help of a brad point drill bit the exact size of the holes to make for an easy installation of the threaded inserts #TOOLSTODAY

Getting the bench ready and applying finish to the #TTcncWorkbench, I love the way the box joints pop. I am using #ASQT General Finishes Arm-R-Seal in satin, available on our website, for a beautiful brush on finish. **What do you think of the look of it? #TeamTOOLSTODAY

I'm not sure there's anything more satisfying than applying finish and I love the way the box joints pop on the #TTcncWorkbench with finish. I am using General Finishes Arm-R-Seal in satin, available on our website, for a beautiful finish. What do you think of the look of it?

Installing the bottom of the top on the #TTcncWorkbench project. This is easily the part that had to be the most accurate. I had a total of 16 mortise and tenon joints across 8' that needed to line up exactly! I'm happy to say it all went great! #TeamTOOLSTODAY

Here's a quick tip for installing items with multiple mounting holes. I used this to install the casters on the #TTcncWorkbench project. This method using the blue tape will provide a template for really anything that needs precise mounting locations! - - - #TeamTOOLSTODAY

Just like that the #TTcncWorkbench legs, at the right length this time, are all cut using the Stepcraft Q.408 4'x8' CNC machine, available on our website! I started with the @amanatool #45624-K 60° Spektra™ v-groove bit from @toolstoday to cut in the part names. #TeamTOOLSTODAY
