⚡️🔌 THREAD ON THE #TXGrid: The load forecast in @ERCOT_ISO for this afternoon/evening is higher than the available generating capacity needed to serve that load. As a result, not only is it looking increasingly like the ERCOT market will have very tight conditions and potentially outages, but ERCOT’s CEO informed the PUCT today that it is likely that we will be in Emergency Conditions this afternoon/evening. This is most likely to happen when the solar drops off the system. (1/3)
