This is the Grey Mule Saloon in Fort Stockton, sometime after it was built to supply/service the original fort in the 1880s but sometime before the second photo, which is a Google Streetview from 2019. It's located at 101 E. Callaghan in Fort Stockton. Still going strong 130 years later, the Grey Mule has a historical landmark designation and is across from the Annie Riggs Hotel (now a museum) on South Main Street. The adobe walls are 22 inches thick. Every time I go through there I tell myself I need to stop but I never seem to think of it while I am actually passing through.
