Instead of accusing those of us who want to force the Senate to vote on border security of lying, I suggest he consult with the Whip Team, whose job it is to actually count the votes, and they will tell him—there were isolationists in our conference who promised to take down the Rule as long as Ukraine aid was part of the package.
