It was a pleasure to attend my first official lecture led by @toxvaerd1 yesterday for my @TechPolicyMPhil degree. I was fascinated by the importance of human behaviours and the role of policies in the pandemic. Lots of interesting models were learned! @KamiarMohaddes #TechPol22w1
It was a really fascinating lecture by @toxvaerd1, where the policy intervention implemented by various governments during the out break of Covid-19 was discussed in great detail with potential area of improvement for potential future outbreak. #TechPol22w1
Covid-19 posed massive uncertainty for governments to plan forward. They must factor in multiple dimensions - fiscal, economic, health, and social - in their policy analyses and communicate their strategies well to avoid prolonged recession
