An Army Veteran, Ruben has been a dedicated part of #TeamBlue for more than 9 years.
The Fontana team knows they can count on Rubenβhe's always running, helping, teaching and solving problems. The respect for him is universal, and everyone knows they can go to him for anything.
Outside of work, Ruben loves spending time with his grandkids, whether theyβre at the park, on a hiking trail or just playing in the backyard. He also enjoys visiting local wineries and is an avid knife collector!

Lashira has been part of #TeamBlue for five years, starting out as a professional driver before stepping into her current role in Safety in May 2024. Her journey is one of grit, growth and giving back!
Before Werner, Lashira led as a Warehouse Manager in Nashville, TN and sheβs a proud U.S. Army veteran, retiring in 2022 after 23 years of service as a Heavy Wheeled Truck Driver. πΊπΈ
When sheβs off duty, Lashira taps into her creative side with painting, rocks out on the drums and hits the open road on her motorcycle. Her passions reflect her bold spirit and love for freedom.
What truly drives Lashira? Acts of service. Thatβs why she joined the Safety team to connect with drivers, share her knowledge and help others thrive in their trucking journey. Her dedication to teaching and training makes her a standout leader and mentor.

Not only does he excel in safety, but he is also our go-to expert for tablet and computer-related issues!
When heβs not busy at the terminal, Curtis enjoys gaming, diving into fanfiction novels and has been dedicating time to learning Japanese for the past six months!
