Not a particularly big poll (and somewhat tongue in cheek) but is does seem like #stalkgate may take the edge off UK #Tesla demand for what in all other respects is simply a much better car When my #TeslaHighlandModel3 arrives I will of course take it to #MiltonKeynes to test out whether it can survive amongst the 130 roundabouts when doing a 3rd or later exit (left and straight ahead are easier) Ironically reviewers who have actually driven the car have mentioned stalks but reserved judgement for longer tests. Definitely a mis step by @elonmusk but how damaging remains to be seen. If I was Tesla I’d leave stalks on the Y and add the front bumper camera or front parking sensors so vision for parking has a chance of actually working one day.. the front windscreen camera can’t see low objects close up so it’s unfit for that purpose.
