@thecyberfam Don’t feel bad. Today I showed the Austin Service Center how to turn off the bed lights when the tailgate is down. Even the CT owning Master Tech had not seen it before. [Press the tailgate release again]

#TeslaTip! Note this only applies to relatively recent Models 3/Y; my 2018 Model 3 doesn’t have the ability to turn off just the passenger vent. They’re either both on, or both off.

Cabin Overheat Protection lasts 12 hours after you exit your Tesla. But you can activate Summon (just for a second or two) to re-hack that 12-hr clock. You don’t even have to be within Smart Summon range to do this. #TeslaTip #Tesla

#TeslaTip for Model 3/Y while AP or TACC is engaged, and you transition from a higher speed limit to a lower one, your set speed will change as well (+ offset). A quick flick of the scroll wheel up will “catch” your current speed & set it as the new set speed. #Tesla

#TeslaTip: When using smart summon to come pick yourself up, tap on the “person” icon on the top right of the map, then press and hold “come to me” for the duration of the summoning. Before summoning, make sure the summon route on the map is clear of any obstacles.

#TeslaTip: When autopark works, it’s pretty awesome 👏. So far, it’s only worked a couple of times when backing up. Hoping for more improvements in the future to recognize all parking spaces and be more consistent in showing the option to autopark.

#TeslaTip: Add and edit multiple stops with waypoints. Super convenient when planning a trip, but flexible enough when improvising also.

#TeslaTip: With FSD you can summon your Tesla in and out of a tight spaces. Press and hold the “down arrow” button the backup and release to stop. No need to worry about scratching or denting your car door. My favorite FSD feature as it’s surprisingly useful!

You can simply tap icons to see where to eat, drink & use washroom at every Tesla Supercharger. Simply tap those icons & Tesla will show you everything. I found this out today 😃 #TeslaTip @elonmusk @wholemars @28delayslater $TSLA
