Leadup Principle 6: Be Prepared Everytime you take your Leaders time. Time is valuable moreso as you advance in life. For every minute with your leader, invest 10 preparing, show understanding of the problem, have a solution & implement. #the360degreeleader by @JohnCMaxwell
