We’ve now reached the very exciting stage of #TheMovingProject where we're sending the participants off to make their own independent audio pieces! Each person is making a piece about 10 minutes long, to be released as part of the next series of Accentricity 🌍🌎🌏
#TheMovingProject is now in full swing! Over the coming months, each person will be working on a personal story about language, migration and identity. Sadie will be working on one with her mum, about how she relates to her Polish heritage as someone who was born in Scotland.
The first 11 people have now begun #TheMovingProject! This map shows all of the places in the world where participants live now, or have lived in the past. Over the coming months, each person will be making their own audio piece about #language, #migration and #identity.
Today is the first day of #TheMovingProject! This week the first group of participants will be learning the basics of audio recording, and recording their first monologues and interviews 😊🎤🎧🎛️
Last month we put out a call for applications for #TheMovingProject, a free online podcasting course to help people tell stories about #language, #migration and #identity. We planned to select 8-10 people to take part.
