🚨 Update:Pete v. Cooper Milagro Cooper has filed her reply in support of her motion to stay enforcement of the amended final judgment pending appeal. In the reply, Milagro states that she has now submitted a sworn declaration regarding her financial circumstances after Plaintiff argued that no sworn financial evidence had been provided. She argues that she is self employed, supports two minor children, does not own a home, lacks substantial liquid assets, and cannot obtain a full supersedeas bond without severe hardship. She also references the loss of her Stationhead contract as part of her financial difficulties. Milagro also states that while she has not publicly filed detailed financial records, she is willing to provide supporting documentation if the Court deems it necessary, provided appropriate privacy protections, sealing, or redactions are used. She further argues that her appeal raises issues involving defamation, actual malice, opinion, intent, and online commentary regarding matters of public concern.
