🚨 BREAKING: The official U.S. government website has quietly removed Sections 9 and 10 of Article I from the Constitution. Let me say that again: They didn’t amend the Constitution. Today I want to talk about autoimmune diseases. But not how you think. I have rheumatoid arthritis. I’ve had it most of my life. I’ve never been one to hide that fact and it’s not really easy to do so. Rheumatoid arthritis, in simplest terms, attacks the fluid surrounding joints and organs. It’s not arthritis. Like many other autoimmune diseases, rheumatoid arthritis attacks all parts of the body. Not only are my joints damaged and painful most of the time, but it has attacked my eyes, my stomach and my heart. I have a pacemaker because of rheumatoid arthritis. I have bad eyesight because of rheumatoid arthritis. Did you know that most autoimmune diseases such as MS, Lupus, RA, even Eczema, have medications that can cost thousands of dollars? And your insurance doesn’t pay for that. I don’t care what insurance you have. Do you know what does help pay for that? Medicaid Cutting funding for Medicaid will cut that assistance for the millions of American citizens that have autoimmune diseases that are as simple as a rash or as complex as multiple sclerosis, and RA. I guarantee that you have a family member that has an autoimmune disease or two or more. Most people do. And if this bill passes, you get to watch them, and me, slowly and painfully die so that Mike Johnson can buy a yacht. If you don’t mind, and even if you do, I’d rather not.
