My leader, two days after we exchanged pleasantries in public, you dismissed 'content creators' as ignorant in response to my video. You are absolutely entitled to disagree with me. Many do. Many even tell me I’m talking nonsense. But I don’t care because I don’t know them. there is a difference between a difference of opinion and a personal slight For the record: my initial video was a cultural inquiry and even though it was a strong opinion, it was not an attack on any particular person. I have always respected your work and been a cordial guest at your restaurant(s) several times. I have never shaded you; what I did was reference your public statement by name because it was the catalyst for a necessary conversation about the industry in which you are a leading voice (and which I engage in) You could have ignored or countered with superior knowledge vs taking personal umbrage and throwing shades. I have never shaded you even in instances you say things I disagree with. Re: the first video, I have engaged respectfully with every chef im cordial with who reacted to express their displeasure. However, you cross a line when you pivot from discussing the industry to laying down (in)direct insults to someone you’ve been cordial with in the past I’ve said my piece. I’m moving on to other topics I’ve already batch-shot, as I refuse to let this conversation devolve into a circus. If you choose to respond, that is your business, but let’s not pretend you have any sort of moral high ground in condescension. I wish you well, but I am done with this topic
