One of the most helpful things you can do for someone who is bereaved is to listen & talk to them. It's important to give them time to speak. Don't rush to offer solutions, or share or compare your own experiences. Just being there for someone can be an enormous help 💜 #NGAW20

Volunteers make Christmas happen. From listening to our guests, to preparing food, repairing clothes and looking after their possessions. We can't count the ways our volunteers have helped bring a smile to the faces our guests this #CrisisXmas. Thank you!
