Hey @TMobileHelp my family has been loyal customers for over 28 years, but we’ve been struggling to remove a line that doesn’t even belong to us from our account. After multiple calls to customer support, it still hasn’t been fixed. Help? #TMobileSupport #TMobileProblems

I am so aggravated with @TMobile’s bait and switch at their store for their home internet service. It’s not how you treat loyal customers. Is this the only way I can get help?! #tmobileissues #tmobileproblems

Calling @TMobile support to report a service issue only to hear support is unavailable due to a service issue. Seriously? #TMobiledown #tmobileproblems
