昨日の黄色のホトトギスは、「琥珀ホトトギス」でした。画像検索をしているうちに思い出しました。失礼しました。
「琥珀ホトトギス」は、上臈ホトトギスと山ホトトギスの園芸交配種のようです。黄色っぽい雰囲気は、上臈ホトトギスから受け継いでいるのですね。
台湾ホトトギスは青みがあり、花も小さめ。うちは母が育てていた台湾ホトトギスが優勢なので、他のホトトギスが大きく感じるのかもしれません。
茶花は野に咲くように、原種のほうが尊ばれると思います。まだ私、若いのかしら（笑）いろいろな花を見て、いろいろな名前を知りたいのです😊

It forms compact, mounding clumps reaching 24 inches (60 cm) tall and wide, with arching stems that create an elegant, cascading habit ideal for shade gardens.
The foliage is a standout feature: lanceolate leaves emerge in whorls along the stems, displaying bold variegation with dark green centers and wide, creamy-yellow to golden margins that provide a glowing contrast, especially in low light.
Flowers are exotic and orchid-like, nodding from the leaf axils in loose racemes; they are typically pale lavender to creamy-white, heavily freckled and blushed with reddish-purple to violet spots, measuring about 1 inch (2.5 cm) across.
