On Feb. 26, 1986, DragonBall premiered on Fuji TV in Japan, beginning Toei Animation's decades long journey with one of the world's most recognizable anime franchises.
From the original Dragon Ball through Z, GT, Kai, Super, and beyond, Toei has helped bring Akira Toriyama's characters and world to life for generations of fans.
40 years later, and it's pretty incredible to look back and realize just how much history began with that first episode. 🐉🟠
