Tempting as it might be to go straight to the #MeditationCircle when your #DFK hero has full xp for its level...
Just use up any stamina first (on Foraging or Fishing, if that's the hero's green prof, or on #TrainingQuests if it's a Miner or Gardener.)

Note that the xp gained per quest using this strategy will be less than what you could get from doing #TrainingQuests with the same hero.

Stamina potions are cheap today. I bought a lot and am trying to further defray the cost by having a new hero place on the Leaderboard.

Leaderboards usually measure fishing and foraging items.
For new high-rarity gardeners and miners, I sometimes "slow-speed-level," that is, #stampot the hero right after a quest and start it again ASAP, until it's leveled up enough for #TrainingQuests.

@KIT_KIT1080 Next-level #TrainingQuests are on the #DefiKingdoms roadmap for this quarter, so even if they've leveled out temporarily, it shouldn't be for *too* long.
I don't plan on bridging my higher-level heroes, especially stampotted heroes, to #Crystalvale until #TrainingQuests go live there. Not worried about losing a few days of prof questing on some heroes, but that's a lot of xp for my first/only Level 11...

So if you have heroes -- even low-level foragers and fishers -- that are a few days from leveling up, it might make more sense to keep them in #Serendale for now.

I'd imagine it makes the most sense to bridge low-level foragers and fishers over first, after using all of their stamina. Not sure when Gardening/Mining or #TrainingQuests will go live in #Crystalvale, but I'd imagine it wouldn't be before Foraging/Fishing.

[5] A vivid example of terrible short-term thinking is people keeping heroes at full xp for Level 1, doing prof quests alone, and selling all loot/runes.
They KNEW profs were just the first feature.
Then #TrainingQuests came. Then #DFKDuel.
Their heroes are useless for those.

This is why I try to move my #DFK heroes to #TrainingQuests as soon as they have a profession score over 10 and a high stat of 25+.
One reason I switch to #TrainingQuests as soon as a #DFK hero has a prof level of 10+ and a stat of 25+ is that the xp gains tend to be larger than those from profs, for faster leveling.
This hero is approaching his big 9->10 level-up.

But heroes with good stats aren't just bought; they're also MADE. This hero was leveled up from Level 1, through diligent questing, sent on the #PerilousJourney (which it survived, gaining +5 in three stats), switched to #TrainingQuests for faster xp, and leveled with crystals...
