Things that increase strength, swagger & testosterone: Diet rich in full spectrum amino acids & dietary fat. Heavy resistance training with free weights. Sufficient rest between intense training bouts Carbohydrates in your post workout meal. 7-9 hours of sleep. #trainingtruths
