Tier 2, 3 colleges Engg students ; Arts students ; etc all such students suffered most by 2011-15 pattern changes . Each #attempt counts , we were robbed of fair chances . Up and Downs of pattern change affects all.All Asprnts new and old support the cause #TransparencyInUPSC
