On this day 2016, I painted a mural on @projectarts using water based paint mixed with the ashes of 68 written secrets. #BankofSecrets @SecretsBank had a profound positive impact on my #MentalHealth -Thank you to all who contributed. #TroublesFadeOutInTheOpen
