FOX NEWS CELEBRATES JOB LOSSES
Fox News will appeal to the mobs
With stories about elitist snobs
..but theyβll never blame Trump
..for an economic slump
Or for losing 100 thousand jobs.

Shall we call it the Trumpcession?

Duffy: I think on our 250th birthday it would only be appropriate for us to rediscover America. And I would suggest the way you do that is to gas up your car, pack up your kids, load up a cooler, and do a great American road trip.

BREAKING: Home foreclosures SURGE 26% as Trump tries to sell false narrative of a βbooming economy.β
Donald Trump wants you to believe in some alternate reality where the economy is great. The foreclosure data would like a word.
A new report from ATTOM, one of the nation's leading property data firms, reveals that 118,727 American families received a foreclosure filing in just the first three months of 2026 β up 26 percent from a year ago and up 6 percent from just last quarter. Foreclosure starts are up 20 percent year over year. And in the most alarming number in the entire report, bank repossessions β meaning families who have already lost their homes entirely β are up 45 percent compared to this time last year.
Thatβs forty-five percent in one year under the administration that promised to make America affordable again. It must have pained Stuart Varney greatly to have to report these grim statistics on the Fox Business Network.
Let's talk about where this is hitting hardest. In Indiana, one in every 739 homes has a foreclosure filing β the worst rate in the nation. In South Carolina and Florida, the numbers are nearly as grim. In Lakeland, Florida, one in every 409 homes is in foreclosure. In Colorado, bank repossessions nearly tripled year over year β jumping from 99 to 321. In Georgia, foreclosures are up 78 percent from last year. In Idaho, 76 percent. In Arkansas, 65 percent.
These are not blue-state coastal elite numbers. Indiana, South Carolina, Georgia, Idaho, Arkansas β these are all part of Trump country. These are the communities that voted for him because he promised to bring costs down and make life affordable. Instead, they are losing their homes at rates not seen in years.
This is what happens in the real world when you have an administration that has driven inflation back up above 3 percent, launched an unauthorized war that has sent gas prices to over $4 a gallon and oil to $100 a barrel, imposed tariffs that are costing American households an estimated $1,000 a year, and gutted the consumer protections and regulatory guardrails that kept predatory lending in check.
Trump promised on day one that prices would come down. Prices went up. He promised the economy would boom. Foreclosures are surging. He promised to make life affordable for working Americans. Working Americans are losing their homes at a 45 percent higher rate than when he took office.
But sure β tell us again about the $375 average tax refund.
ATTOM's CEO put it carefully but clearly: "The continued rise, especially in starts and bank repossessions, suggests financial pressure may be building for some homeowners and could signal shifting housing market dynamics."
Translation for the rest of us: people are losing their homes. And it's getting worse.
This is not an abstraction. This is not a talking point. This is 118,727 families in the first three months of 2026 who received a foreclosure notice. Real people. Real homes. Real consequences of real policy decisions made by real politicians who told them everything would be fine.
In case you didnβt notice, everything is not fine.
Please like and share this post if you think 45% more bank repossessions in one year is not what a thriving economy looks like.
