According to court documents, investigators executed a search warrant at Birk’s residence on June 23, 2026, where they recovered a cellphone and laptop. Prosecutors allege a review of the cellphone found videos depicting the s*xual abuse of children by adult males, as well as videos depicting s*xual acts involving animals and adult males. Court documents further allege that on April 26, 2026, Birk distributed two videos depicting the violent s*xual abuse of a toddler by an adult male. According to federal prosecutors, Birk has two prior sex offense convictions, including a 2019 conviction for distribution of CSAM. The charge is an allegation, and the case remains pending in federal court.
