Much to digest and reflect on but the most important thing to note is that the UN SG's report has concluded that existing arrangements, including the #OECD #twopillar solution, "do not satisfy the main elements for fully inclusive and more effective tax cooperation"
The UN SG's Report on Inclusive and Effective Tax Cooperation is out. It proposes 3 options for consideration - A Multilateral Convention on Tax, A Framework convention on International Tax Cooperation and A Framework for International Cooperation
