Our teams are in Mbarara and Kiryandongo, having completed a full day of training on the Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) under the Uganda Digital Acceleration Project-Government Network (UDAP-GovNet). These trainings will roll out nationwide over the coming weeks, an important step toward strengthening project implementation and stakeholder engagement across regions. We’re excited to engage, learn, and contribute to the success of this impactful initiative. #UDAPGovNet #NITAU

#UDAPGovNet is a flagship government initiative aimed at accelerating digital transformation in Uganda. The project focuses on enhancing digital infrastructure, expanding internet access, and strengthening e-governance; among others. Today, NITA-U, under the Uganda Digital Acceleration Project #UDAPGovNet has successfully concluded the World Bank Inclusion and Non-Discrimination (IND) Training at Protea Hotel by Marriott. The training, a requirement under the World Bank’s Environment and Social Framework (ESF), equips implementing teams and contractors with knowledge to integrate inclusion and non-discrimination principles throughout project delivery. By embedding these values into our operations, we continue to champion inclusive, equitable, and sustainable digital transformation across Uganda. #DigitizeUG #UDAPGovNet
