When he fled Air Force One in a catering truck in Turkey, she was one of a select few who went with him. The letters were reportedly discovered by staff in the piles of material Harp would hand off to Trump. They were photographed and that's how they got passed around... apparently the staff were none-too-pleased with Harp's inexplicable, rapid advancement.
