@JhaSanjay Former banker, yet UPI basics seem to need a refresher. 😂 UPI is developed/operated by NPCI, an RBI-regulated entity—not “run by RBI.” An RBI dividend to govt has nothing to do with merchant MDR. Calling MDR a “tax on users” is factually lazy. #UPIFACTCHECK
