Very poor service! My shipment from Canada is delayed with no proper update. Tracking ID: [1z 3r2 244 04 1649 4915] @UPS this is unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency and timely delivery. Resolve ASAP or I will escalate this further. #CourierDelay #PoorService

@UPS_UK Just had another text with delivery for my 2 parcels for tomorrow the exact message I had yesterday for today. Service shocking not sure why my sender has changed to UPS but I will be asking them to not use for my deliveries in future. #UPScustomerservice
