सिरोही. विश्व पर्यावरण दिवस के अवसर पर अल्ट्राटेक नाथद्वारा सीमेंट वर्क्स में यूनिट चीफ सी.पी.एस. चौहान के नेतृत्व में प्लांट परिसर, खनन क्षेत्र और आसपास के गांवों में पर्यावरण संरक्षण को लेकर विभिन्न जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए गए,
कार्यक्रम के दौरान महिलाओं, ग्रामीणों और कर्मचारियों ने पौधरोपण कर अधिक से अधिक पौधे लगाने तथा उनके संरक्षण का संकल्प लिया, इस अवसर पर पर्यावरण संतुलन बनाए रखने के लिए पौधों की नियमित देखभाल और सिंचाई के महत्व पर भी जोर दिया गया,
सिंगल-यूज़ प्लास्टिक के उपयोग को कम करने के उद्देश्य से ग्रामीणों को कपड़े के थैले वितरित किए गए तथा पर्यावरण अनुकूल जीवनशैली अपनाने का संदेश दिया गया, वक्ताओं ने प्रदूषण नियंत्रण, हरित वातावरण के विकास और जलवायु परिवर्तन की चुनौतियों से निपटने में जनभागीदारी की भूमिका को महत्वपूर्ण बताया,
कार्यक्रम में पर्यावरण संरक्षण से जुड़ी उपयोगी जानकारियां साझा की गईं, आयोजन में शामिल महिलाओं, ग्रामीणों और कर्मचारियों ने इस पहल की सराहना करते हुए पर्यावरण संरक्षण के लिए सक्रिय योगदान देने का संकल्प लिया।
