@RickSmithShow This due to the fact that I was stuck at the away from home terminal in a hotel or on a train missing multiple appointments. The attendance policies have gotten tighter and more unforgiving as time has went on. Nobody works 24/7 365 like we do with 0 control and 0 personal time.
This is just wrong. We can demand better.

Their reasoning was: Due to a manpower shortage. I’m someone who doesn’t miss work either. That’s what kind of people we work for
