π Update: United Spirits Limited has completed the acquisition of a 10.08% fully diluted stake in craft beverage maker Nuvola Spirits Private Limited (NSPL) on 18th Sep'26. The company subscribed to 17,350 Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares and 10 equity shares for an aggregate cash consideration of INR 2.69 crore, following initial board approval on 22nd Jul'26. The definitive agreements include options to acquire remaining shares upon NSPL meeting specific milestones. NSPL, owner of brands Mikiamo and Seoulmate, posted unaudited sales of INR 3.50 crore in FY 25-26.
