The deal took a lot of time & effort from key people in the 3 parties that would otherwise have been spent campaigning.

The SNP is so dominant, they don't need any alliance. The rest of the UK does. I believe that the #UniteToRemain campaign was the blueprint that could be built upon. @Keir_Starmer is far more open to alliances than the previous leadership.

Back at #GE2019, #UniteToRemain enthusiastically put one joint candidate in their seats with the aim of defeating a Tory. Problem was that Corbyn's @UKLabour failed to join in & so ultimately the Tories won. For #GE2024 Labour need to join in to win. #UniteToWin #FBCoalition2024

That's why all opposition parties need to coordinate and get their voters to maximise their votes. One unified candidate most likely to win, stands in each seat just like #UniteToRemain.
