So much of what we do in/as #Research relies on trust. #UniversitiesSL , which now hv intense publishing pressure, should look at the problems arising when quantity rather than quality is expected.
Expectations that are too high drive students to lose belief in themselves. Expectations that are set too low send the message that we do not believe in students. Setting appropriate expectations is a personal experience. One size can’t fit all.

Same arguments time & time again. Under utilised = this valuable land should be “liberated” for something that makes profit/how dare you have so much land in Col 7, proximity & convenience are irrelevant if UDA provides accommodation they deem suitable & distance is no big deal.
Here are the Conclusions of the study - problem with this is that 1. unis have a word limit so we don’t need to do this again using stats. 2. Therefore, Lecturer experience is NOT the only factor affecting word limit, it’s not *even* a factor. #UniversitiesSL #Research
