There’s a protocol/implementation of a ‘wallet exchange’ which does exactly that (cc @AvishaiY @alex_pentland @Cashmaney3 @assafmo).
Implementation is on @SecretNetwork but this can work with or without TEEs

Some very powerful Alpha was shared this week at Prague Blockchain Week by Secret Network Founder and Ceo of @scrt_labs
Introducing unstoppable wallets, a hybrid of #MPC wallet, wallet as a service, and account abstraction
Unstoppable wallets are a custody solution that brings MPC wallets to a new level, in a unique blend of Account abstraction, MPC wallets, and encrypted smart Contracts only possible on the @SecretNetwork .
The end result of this is a powerful Self custody solution that has the recovery features of an MPC wallet but is usable by individuals rather than institutional entities. The solution makes an experience that feels more like a Web2 log-in for using dApps, lowering friction of use and onboarding while adding the security of multi-sig features.
What is the magic ingredient? If you know about MPC wallets (like FireBlocks) then you know the basics, the difference is that one key shard of the MPC wallet is held in a $SCRT smart contract, encrypted and on-chain.
You are able to use the encrypted smart contract aspects to have full customizability for your wallet, allowing you to create setups that allow you to easily regenerate your private key in the case of a lost wallet.
Create Multi-Sig wallets for superior control of #DAO treasuries
Create a family wallet that gives your children key shares which have limited spending allowances or signing authority while giving your spouse equal control. This also allows the family to regenerate lost keys by working all together.
There is a limitless possibility here, but the best part?
It is usable on ANY network! That is right, this is not just for $SCRT, but any network whatsoever. Use it on $ETH, $SOL, $BTC, or anything else you want.

Our work, announced earlier this week, on Unstoppable Wallets is out! We construct a protocol for threshold ECDSA that is efficient enough to run on-chain in 1 tx per party and low gas fees.
We implement it and show how to build two sample apps on @SecretNetwork: cross chain multisig vault + policy engine, and a wallet exchange (sell your keys, not your coins).
We believe many other use cases for this exist, and that it can form the basis for cross-chain account abstraction.
We also achieve robustness and fairness, even for a dishonest majority of signers (assuming a blockchain)!
