2. 50/50 rule. Insert tube 50cm. Inflate 50cc then x-ray. If adequate then inflate, if too high, reposition.

1. Timing (continuous v intermittent)
2. Triggers
3. Terrible features
4. Targeted exam incl HINTS if they currently have vertigo
5. Testing
