You with the loud voice #UseTheMicrophone if available. There’s a setting on hearing aids that picks up mics. Anytime you get onstage and ask,”Can you hear me?” Or “I’ve got a loud voice” and an awkward shuffle w/ person trying to hand you the mic it wastes time and is annoying.
Inclusion is NOT optional. Even if you have a loud voice, there are those that need anyone speaking to use a microphone. Our community room has 6 lapel microphones and 4 handheld microphones plus one at the podium. No excuses allowed. Just #UseTheMicrophone
