@Jan_Leeming Most villages and towns in England are covered by a By-law that all dogs have to be on a lead. It’s been law for 30 years. People walk their dogs off the lead quite a lot but it being law it ought to be understood. The same applies to many parks. #userbeware #dogsonlead
