Here we zoom in with a powerful telescope to see galaxies M89, M87, and M86. While M87 is only slightly larger than the Milky Way in diameter, it is an elliptical, not a spiral. Therefore, M87 contains about 1 trillion stars, compared to our galaxy's 200 billion. #VASkies
