So many veterans in Montana are waiting months to be seen in the Va and are having to fight every step just to be seen by a community provider. And we have providers that are quickly leaving the program because the VA does not pay them in a timely manner. Just insane.
After my months long battle with the VA, I finally get my prescription.
They aren't going to actually PAY for the medication, you see... nope.
But everyone there seems happy.

I feel anything off w/just a slight dosage of medication.
I had not taken T4 since Aug 1-2
& Felt horrible

I’m in so much pain this week. I’ve gotten 2 maybe 3 hours of sleep a night if I’m lucky. I can’t deal with much more. I can’t get the VA to give me an appt or even return my calls about referrals they were supposed to submit. No wonder so many turn to street drugs. #VASUCKS

This is what people in pain deal with. Not compassionate doctors. Not therapies and medications that help. Instead, we fight to stay alive, despite our doctors and lack of pain meds. Why is this allowed when we can be properly helped? #PTSDviaDoctors #VAsucks
@jeremy_mcvay Mental health services? At the VA? Don’t make me 🤭. They are pathetic. 14 sessions, every 2 years, with a social worker student, unless you’re willing to do the extra 10 sessions in a group program on how to live stress free.
