Our findings show a few national allocations, but they must become the standard across all states.
If we want justice for women, financing must match the promise.

都是这个大逻辑。
而现在最大的变化是 AI Agent 掌握了资金，并且可以进行直接分配。
以前我们的服务和数据都是为人设计的，现在需要为 AI 设计。
AI 需要的服务，除了 Permission less，还需要什么？还需要可验证。AI 需要验证数据的所有权，需要验证数据之间的关系。
比如向 AI Agent 申请研究经费，需要学历证明，以前都是毕业证和公章系统，但 AI 则需要数字证明，学历上链就有了实用意义。
但显然我们不可能把所有数据都上链，所以设计 Rooch 的时候，提出了 VApp（Verifiable Application） 的概念，单个 Rooch 节点叫做 VApp Container。
思路就是既然链的多副本成本太高，大多数应用只需要跑一个单节点，逻辑用智能合约完成，把状态构建成状态树，日志可回放，就成了可验证应用。
然后这些应用的状态树一起连接到 RoochNetwork 构成一个更大的状态树，写到 Bitcoin 上，所有的应用的数据都有了状态证明和 Bitcoin 的时间戳证明。
但这个概念给投资人讲的时候，投资人会反问一句，什么人需要这样的应用？谁会为了可验证这个特性使用这个应用？
现在我可以说了，AI Agent 需要。
