#VBID2019 possibly the greatest accomplishment of ⁦@UM_VBID⁩ ⁦@UM_IHPI⁩ to date is the section they added into affordable care act that removes copay for over 80 high value preventive care services - bipartisan support despite most not being cost neutral. #GoBlue

"Words really matter," said @Gwen_Darien @NPAF_tweets. A lot of the talk about reducing low-value service has to do with waste, but patients don't want to hear their doctor does anything wasteful. They want to talk about harm and safety. #VBID2019
