Established collections are bonded to high #FP and limited supplies hence exclusive fame, while they are actually recognizable thanks to the styles of the artists behind the unique brand/IP. Meanwhile, picking a pfp that suits your tastes and your budget too is most of the time out of reach for a normal person. Avoiding 9 to 5 is one thing, degening 24/7 is another and out of reach for normies to be "early" enough. What a maze 😅 Randomness and limitation of supply is not the UX process when creating an avatar on any MMORPG for example, difference which has always struck me with web3 up to today. @niftyisland is killing it because it enables the gathering of many projects already hence more web3 Fams together. It seems to be quite inclusive as well so that's great I'd say (haven't had time to dive in myself and I hold no NFT of blue-chip value anyways 😅 so we'll see but it sounds great so far) imo Web3 should be enabling any normie to mint and boost up the FP of their own asset through valuable interactions or stary by buying a higher tier from a member, while having the seller not be losing their own identity nor pfp in the process either, if that makes sense. Despite the lending-asset-to-play protocol that some implement which is cool too. Truly, in the end there should be an entrance to web3 for any pocket, or make free mints easier to get inside a community as a starter. If I may, in our case @NakarmaZ we initially focus on a phygital deal to have communities know about the artists behind comics cultures and series. While we'll be looking to sell out those collections, we hope not to be scolded if we don't as quickly as the usual. This is the first kind of NFT collection we want to focus on obviously, to connect the people, artists and fans, web3 people who can connect though international languages such as English but also their own. We hope to receive support for that bridge. 🙏 But to get back on the pfp talk, if I may spit a bit about it too, (big up to @inkonbtc btw despite the exclusivity of it which is great for their brand 100% tbh and the style is dope as Fam - excuse my French) is an evolving pfp where the users will get possibility to choose unique customs from chosen artists published through the platform and willing to jump on the operation. Among other useful trading principles like I mentioned above or leveling up traits protocol through tokens which again happen in non-web3 games. Of course I hope you all agree there is a space for different legit projects including ours, whish is not THE answer but only one answer among others, if that makes sense once again. We're certainly not following any meta but our own for years and hopefully we have learned. Please dive and roast at your will, tbh you should. 🔥 but seeing new generations and old ones assemble their resolve coming from anime, comics and video games culture is so thrilling to me as an OG weeb from the old times, having gone through the fansub to read or importing games like Naruto from Japan on Game Cube coz they were not localized yet outside of there (still got those gems and hope to stream when this founder here gets the time when he retires 80 years from now more or less) 👴 Let me finish this long insightful (yet freaking boring as Fam like @NFT_GOD should say I am) 😌 answer saying that if you were to rock an Eichiro Oda official PFP that looks like u, or not, but that you created yourself choosing among the numerous traits at disposal (coz that's how an MMORPG of it would be, like Star Wars ones or any), would your DMs be answered more ? YES Needless to say the supply of such pfp collection from any artist and lore wide enough to be inclusive for many, would go beyond a 10k supply. Not saying we are there yet but that's somehow a hope for the future of the space. So far we are all contributing to it, with the good and bad effects it has. With much liquidity yet winners are still too few compared to the number of onboarded people, + the rugs, scams and hacks and it's a pretty dystopian time for decentralization as we learn and aim for a fair web 3 instead of the current #wildwildweb.
