@vrbo This response is absolutely useless. No one should be traveling to Maui right now, ANY part of the island. What we, and everyone else needs, is for VRBO to step up and allow cancelation s for both hosts and travelers with NO penalties. Get your act together #VRBOfail

Do not book with @vrbo unless you want to never see your money. They do not enforce the cancel policies. Lost thousands of $$$ in deposits for bookings canceled way outside the cancel policy. 3 months of fighting and nothing but excuses and being ignored #vrboscam #vrbofail

@vrbo Its May 17 and your COVID information still only refers through April 30. My property owner has changed their terms which clearly stated 100% refund 60 days out. @vrbo says it's not their problem - it's between us and the homeowner. #vrbo #vrbofail #stepup

@vrbo #vrbofail #coronavirus Know that I will never use your service again. You refunded your fee, but the owner refunded nothing. It appears to me that @Airbnb is reacting better to this crisis and will get my future business.

@vrbo - can’t believe you won’t enforce the same rules/guidance as @Airbnb and offer 100% refunds on trips you know families can’t take. Way to do the right thing in a horrible situation. Just brutal how you turn a blind eye! #vrbofail
