@ValleyWye @Clin_Med @mancunianmedic @JoThompson71 Use evidence where it is there, but paucity of evidence shouldn’t get in way. If the patient doesn’t feel/appreciate the “value” of the medicine, can we really insist on them keeping taking it? Think this is an art as much as a science #realisticmedicine
