- Please #update to the latest #warthog version v0.6.0 before height 1658880 (~7 days from now). Pools are getting ready, it was tested on our testnet. 📜 An #IMPORTANT #hardfork to the new version of #Janushash using #Verushash v2.2 as CPU component instead of Verus v2.1. ⚠️

@WillyDaToot In cryptocurrency the prime example is #VerusHash algorithm which to my knowledge is unmatched by any other cryptocurrency to be efficient on CPU architecture as equivalent to other algos on ASICs. Just to be clear, Not endorsing any cryptocurrency or financial advice.

@Cedric_Crispin @tommyfpedersen @Gamevid4 Raspberry didn't get the licenses for cryptographic intrinsic CPU functions, so in order to legally ship those boards, those functions are (hardware) disabled on those processors. Those built-in cryptographic are what the #VerusHash 2.2 algorithm uses.

@coinbureau Interesting topic! Did you know that #Verus has built-in quantum resistance with its #VerusHash algorithm? It uses a quantum-secure compression function, Haraka512 V2, to ensure protection against both classical and quantum computing attacks.

Mine up to 22 #blockchains with the same hashrate. With Verus’ hardware equalizing hashing algorithm (#VerusHash 2.2) you can mine efficiently with CPUs, mobile phones and even #ARM devices. In fact #CPUs are the most profitable!
